the holes cut out and the nice black primer, and the ones i have gotten in the past had those relief cuts that were a pain. These fit in my convertible like puzzle parts. You might want to mention that these are black with holes cut out and no relief cuts. I was also happy and surprised as was my buddy that the rear under seat pans came with the seat belt mounts welded in and the screw mounts for the rear seat.
