  PAYMENT

  • Types of Payment Accepted:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Money
    Orders only.  We do not accept checks of any kind, including Cashiers Checks.
    Any checks received will be returned.

  • Pay Online:  You can shop online in our store and pay with a Visa or Mastercard
    using our secure checkout.

  • Pay by Phone:  You can call us toll-free at 866-850-5465 to pay with a Visa or
    Mastercard.  Our hours are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (EST).

  • Pay with Paypal: If Paypal has confirmed your address, we can accept your
    Paypal payment.  Our address for Paypal payments is adealsap@aol.com.   

  • Please note:  We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules regarding
    shipping.  We can only ship to a confirmed USA street address. If your Paypal-
    confirmed address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship
    to a PO Box.

  • If a Paypal payment is made and we cannot accept it for any reason it will be
    returned.

  • Pay by Money Order:  If you are mailing payment, please send it to the following

SHIPPING


  • We ship to the continental 48 states only.

  • All items are shipped insured.

  • We need a street address for shipping.   FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO
    Box.

  • Whenever possible, we will combine shipping on items to save you money.

  • Most items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • CARPETS are custom-made to order and typically take 7-10 days to ship from
    the date payment is received.

  • We will email a tracking number to you when your item ships.

  • Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules
    regarding shipping. Please don't ask us to ship to an address that differs from
    your Paypal-eligible address - we won't do it. If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY
    ship to the confirmed shipping address noted as Eligible by Paypal on the
    Transaction Details page. No exceptions, sorry. If your Paypal-eligible address is
    a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.

  • Backorders/Shipping Delays: While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity
    of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will stock-out on certain items, due to
    either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case
    such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for
    supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated,
    we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive
    a refund.

  • Drop-Shipped Items: Drop-shipping allows us to ship faster and more
    efficiently, cut costs and pass the savings along to you in the form of reduced
    prices. Most large and/or heavy items in our store are shipped directly from the
    manufacturer to you.

  • Shortages/Damaged Packages: It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect
    your item for any shipping damage or shortage when it arrives.  You must notify
    us within 3 days of receipt of your package to report any shortage.   Damaged
    packages are the responsibility of the delivery company. If you find yourself in the
    unfortunate position of receiving a damaged package, you must report it
    immediately to the delivery company or a claim may not be honored. Please let us
    know right away if you are reporting a damaged package, so that we can arrange
    to reship new merchandise to you ASAP.

                        

 RETURNS


  • For your convenience we offer a 60 day return policy on most items.

  • Return eligibility is subject to the item being in the same new condition it was
    received in, in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original
    invoice.

  • Custom-made, custom-ordered or custom-colored items are not returnable.   All
    carpets and all brake and fuel lines are considered custom-made items and are
    NOT returnable.

  • No returns on electrical items, including all wiring harnesses.

  • Any alteration or evidence of installation will render the item nonreturnable.

  • You pay all return shipping charges.  Shipping charges are not refundable,
    unless:

  • If, in our estimation, the item is found to have a significant defect, it will be
    replaced and we will pay all shipping charges.

  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

  • Absolutely no returns after 60 days.
