SHIPPING
- We ship to the continental 48 states only.
- All items are shipped insured.
- We need a street address for shipping. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO
Box.
- Whenever possible, we will combine shipping on items to save you money.
- Most items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- CARPETS are custom-made to order and typically take 7-10 days to ship from
the date payment is received.
- We will email a tracking number to you when your item ships.
- Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules
regarding shipping. Please don't ask us to ship to an address that differs from your Paypal-eligible address - we won't do it. If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the confirmed shipping address noted as Eligible by Paypal on the Transaction Details page. No exceptions, sorry. If your Paypal-eligible address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Backorders/Shipping Delays: While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity
of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will stock-out on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive a refund.
- Drop-Shipped Items: Drop-shipping allows us to ship faster and more
efficiently, cut costs and pass the savings along to you in the form of reduced prices. Most large and/or heavy items in our store are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
- Shortages/Damaged Packages: It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect
your item for any shipping damage or shortage when it arrives. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your package to report any shortage. Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivery company. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of receiving a damaged package, you must report it immediately to the delivery company or a claim may not be honored. Please let us know right away if you are reporting a damaged package, so that we can arrange to reship new merchandise to you ASAP.
